From a young age, Miranda Malisani dreamed of being able to educate and inspire others to live their healthiest life. Today, Miranda shares practical nutrition tips regularly on THE MARILYN DENIS SHOW and is excited to bring GET IT OUT ON THE TABLE, a weekly column for NOTABLE.

With studies in both Broadcast Journalism from Ryerson University and Holistic Nutrition from the Edison Institute of Nutrition, Miranda gained the tools to create Live Light Nutrition, a consulting organization offering group sessions, individual consultations and corporate seminars. 

Miranda believes that for better heath to be achieved, one has to be real with the body’s physical and emotional needs. As a wife and a mom of a toddler, Miranda understands the fast-paced realities of modern households.
